My children have bought and sold homes with my help. They required the utmost of care and explanations both before and during the home buying and selling prrecesses. I did it for them and I will do it for you. I enjoy teaching the home buying and/or selling process because it makes my clients more informed and they understand the process before they actually make the "deal".

For Buyers

At some point those who purchase a home are first time home buyers who are generally fairly apprehensive about making the purchasing move. Because buying regulations and practices vary in different parts of the country experienced buyers may not understand the process here in Virginia. I take the time to teach first time home buyers as well as experienced buyers about the process before we view property.

For Sellers

Selling a home isn't something you do on a regular basis. Again by explaining the process sellers are much more informed, know what to expect, and make selling decisions based on reality versus unrealistic expectations.
