With retirement just around the corner it was our decision to migrate from the cold and windy city of Chicago. Not knowing anyone to assist us we turned to the internet and came up with the name Ron Heim. We contacted Ron and gave him some idea of our needs and what we could afford. When we flew down to Virginia a few weeks later Ron had a complete folder of homes to look at and offered some essential facts about various communities. Through Ron's experience and dedication we found our dream home in just 2 days...Ron spent a great deal of time reviewing the progress of our home's construction and always kept us informed either by e-mail or phone of what was going on and stayed with us all the way through final inspection and closing. Without Ron's total commitment it would have taken us weeks and numerous trips back to Virginia to realize our dream. He did it in 2 days, what a guy.
